Douglas Fir 

 

Douglas Fir is recognized for it's strength, straight grain and overall beauty. It's uses vary widely. From Interior components like stairs , windows, doors and mouldings to structural appearance timbers. Douglas Fir dries very evenly and accepts stains and finishes very well.  As it ages, its colour changes to a golden orange revealing a beautiful grain.
